Terms of Service

Last updated 28 August 2026

The short version: $1 holds your place, you can get it back within fourteen days for any reason, and we can't promise what your body will do.

These terms cover skinnyfatology.com, the waitlist, and the $1 deposit. By paying the deposit you're agreeing to them. "We" and "Skinnyfatology" mean the operator of this site; "you" means the person paying.

What the $1 actually buys

A place in line. Nothing more, and we want to be precise about that:

If we can't offer you a place, we'll tell you.

What the program costs

The program is $500 per month for six months — $3,000 in total. That is billed separately from the $1 deposit and only begins if you are offered a place and choose to enroll. Enrollment has its own terms, which we will give you in writing before you pay anything.

We are not asking you to commit to that today. Joining the waitlist commits you to $1 and nothing more.

Fourteen-day money-back guarantee

Email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund your $1 in full. No questions, no reason required.

Write to privacy@skinnyfatology.com from the address you signed up with. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Asking for the refund removes you from the waitlist — the deposit and the place in line are the same thing. You're welcome to rejoin later, though you'd start from the back of the queue.

After 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but you can still ask us to remove you from the list at any time.

We do not guarantee results

Nothing here is a promise about what will happen to your body. We do not guarantee weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, changes to your measurements or body composition, or any other physical, medical, or aesthetic outcome.

Bodies differ. Outcomes depend on genetics, medical history, medication, sleep, stress, adherence, and a great deal that no program controls. Any results described on this site, in testimonials, or in our materials are individual experiences and are not typical, expected, or promised.

What the program is built on

We want you to understand exactly what you're signing up for, so plainly: the Skinnyfatology protocol is a theoretical intervention derived from established clinical research.

The underlying research — on body composition, central adiposity, nervous system regulation, gut health, and mortality risk — is real, published, and peer-reviewed. We cite it on this site so you can read it yourself.

The protocol is our interpretation of that literature: an assembly of those findings into a specific program. That assembly has not itself been validated in a clinical trial. It is a reasoned hypothesis built on credible evidence, not a proven treatment.

This is not medical care

Skinnyfatology is an education and coaching program. It is not a medical practice, and using this site or the program does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Talk to your doctor before starting. This matters especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart condition, an eating disorder or a history of one, diabetes, a musculoskeletal injury, or take prescription medication. If you experience chest pain, faintness, or unusual symptoms during any activity, stop and seek medical attention.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You agree the information you give us — measurements, scan history, location — is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We use it to judge fit, so inaccurate information may mean we place you in a program that isn't right for you.

Your content and ours

The site, the protocol, and all program materials belong to Skinnyfatology. When you're given access, it's for your own personal use — you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the materials, or use them to run a competing program.

Anything you send us stays yours. If we'd ever like to quote your experience publicly, we'll ask you first and you can say no.

Limits on our liability

We provide the site and the waitlist as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the waitlist is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for the deposit, is $1.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Some states don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending things

You can leave the waitlist whenever you like — email us. We may remove someone from the list if they abuse the service, give us false information, or behave abusively toward our team; where the 14 days haven't passed, we'll refund the deposit.

If we cancel a cohort or discontinue the program entirely, we'll refund deposits for anyone still waiting, regardless of how long it's been.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For anything that materially affects you, we'll email everyone on the waitlist. Changes are not retroactive — the terms you agreed to when you paid are the ones that govern your deposit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Georgia, though nothing stops either of us using small claims court where it's available.
